Here is our returns policy for all of our Surfboards and accessories.

We doe accept returns of goods but only under some circumstances.

1. The product was miss labeled or different to the product advertised on our website ie. the wrong size or colour.

2. The product was damaged on arrival due to shipping, if we can replace the product we will do so or if the product has minor damage we can offer to pay for a repair at a local surfboard ding repair shop

3. If the board has to be shipped back to us the customer has to pay the return costs of shipping and make sure that the product is well wrapped for transit. If the board is damaged further during transit the custom will be charged for the repair costs.

4. The product must be inspected on delivery, we do not take responsibility for the product once it is signed for with no mention of any damage.

5. We do not except returns on Surfboard if the damage has not been reported to us within a reasonable amount of time ( within a few hours)

6. We do not except returns on any goods that have a reduced price or do not comply with the above points.
